Real People.
Real Expertise.
Faceless IT firms are everywhere. We're something different.
Behind every ticket, every call, and every solution is a real person who genuinely cares about getting it right. Our team came to tech through woodshops and law enforcement, Lego bins and deep-sea fishing — and that diversity of background is exactly why we're good at what we do.
When you work with Decision Digital, you're working with all of us.

Every face here has a story. Every story ends the same way — results realized.
Nine. The age it all began. An Apple II Plus at school and eventually a Commodore 64 at home. Hours spent reading, learning and programming…all to satisfy a boundless immersion in technology and raise concerns with his parents. Rick's decompression chamber is his wood shop and his deep passion for music and playing guitar.
What happens when you mix accounting with a former law-enforcement officer? Let's just say we don't challenge her on the math of thing. Liza became one with accounting through the not-so-logical path of first becoming a Deputy Sheriff and next a Police Officer. She is armed with an MBA, and she has even pulled duty in accounting with a few large corporations. Liza loves her Internet browser tabs. On any given day, no less than 40 tabs loaded. Life outside of work is a time blender of her partner James, dogs, cooking, and binge-watching a show or two. Football season is her favorite season — full stop.
Scot is a vinyl-spinning, chord-slaying, soccer-chanting renaissance man with a competitive streak and an ambitious number of hobbies. He's been playing and writing music most of his life—long enough to confidently say he preferred bands before they were cool. His wife says his biggest hobby is… collecting new hobbies. Complete with gear, jargon, and deep-dive enthusiasm. His guiding approach? Stay curious, stay committed.
Hubert is the guy who makes tech easy to understand and even more fun to talk about—whether he's solving IT problems or sharing a laugh with clients over coffee. Outside of work, you'll find him coaching swimmers as a USA Swimming and high school coach (he spends more time in the pool than most fish) or strumming his guitar with all the energy of a rock star in the making.
Computers, sailing and shooting have been Frank's passions since he was 2. He sailed competitively for six years in the J22 fleet and competed in IDPA. Frank enjoys the journey as much as the destination. While these three passions seem to be worlds apart, they all require precision and accuracy. The reward of doing it right is what makes it worthwhile.
An eye for detail and a heart for purpose, Connor makes sure every message hits the mark. He's big on alignment—between strategy, execution, and meaning. Whether it's refining a campaign or improving his golf swing, he believes practice (and humility) makes progress. A Georgia Bulldogs fan living in a house divided (his wife proudly reps the Sooners) and a man of faith who believes the best work flows from purpose. His guiding principle? Love God. Love others.
Obsessed. A word that quickly comes to mind when you start talking Legos with Stephanie. A self-confessed brick-o-holic, she has two or three Lego sets in progress at any given time. The time-honored tradition of separating pieces into bins and piles, cataloging, and meticulous assembly...one piece at a time. The same qualities that make an awesome consultant. Nothing better on a weekend than laying bricks while her two bulldogs watch. No cement required.
Sarah brings the kind of calm, methodical thinking that makes complex problems feel manageable. As a Senior Consultant, she's the person in the room who's already three steps ahead — mapping the path, closing the gaps, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. When Sarah's on your project, the details are handled.
Some 25 years ago, when the world was ruled by Novell, Lance got his start in IT. After two decades up North, he succumbed to the calling of every New Yorker: Miami. Deep sea fishing and travelling became a big part of his life. Prior to joining us, he was a contract IT specialist in the Persian Gulf. It is there he also honed his skills as an international tiger trainer.
Jordan is a born-and-raised Georgian. This is a rare occurrence these days and sometimes difficult to spot in the wild. Jordan is motivated…like really motivated. Learning and doing are his way. Jordan's passion for craft beer breweries is a good match for his love for golf and college football. Miami Hurricanes are his team. He has high expectations for his sports heroes, as well as himself.
Powered by curiosity, caffeine, and far too many anime references, Kyle brings sharp focus to every system he touches. He's the guy who refuses to let bad data talk back—spotting patterns most people miss and fixing the things no one wants to admit are broken. 1,420-plus-day Duolingo Japanese streak. Georgia Tech fan with unshakeable optimism. Brings loyalty, energy, and exactly the right amount of fantasy-football trash talk.
Sam is the guy who can untangle a messy tech problem, explain it without making your brain melt, and still crack a joke while everything comes back online. Off the clock: camping with questionable cell service, gaming like he's training for an e-sports league, building LEGOs with the intensity of someone who absolutely refuses to follow the instructions, and YouTube spirals he swears are "research."
